1. Information We Access
Simple Bulk Operations – GB accesses your Shopify store data solely to perform the bulk operations you request. This includes store information (name, domain), product data (titles, descriptions, prices, images), and inventory data (quantities, locations). Uploaded CSV files are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after the operation completes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your store data exclusively to execute bulk delete and bulk inventory update operations as requested. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than the specific operation you initiate.
3. CSV File Handling
CSV files you upload are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers. Each file is deleted immediately upon completion of the requested operation. We do not retain, analyse, or share the contents of uploaded files.
4. Log Data and Retention
We retain limited operational logs (timestamps, operation types, store ID) for 30 days to support troubleshooting and service reliability. These logs do not include product content, customer data, or file contents. Logs are permanently deleted upon store uninstallation.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your store data with third parties. Data may be disclosed only to infrastructure providers necessary to operate the app (under strict confidentiality obligations) or if required by applicable law.
6. Merchant Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of data associated with your store. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@globuyers.com. Uninstalling the app will trigger deletion of all associated data within 30 days.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
